Examples include personalized mugs, custom fridge magnets, keyring, pens and notebooks, stress toys and much more. When will my item arrive?

All orders are shipped as standard via Royal Mail Second Class and should arrive within 2-3 days. In some cases, items are delayed and we can not control how they deliver We cannot declare an item as lost until 2 weeks have passed. If your item is lost we will always send a replacement or refund after 2 weeks. You can also choose tracked shipping options that are available with each listing at an extra cost For International orders you should expect your order to take around 2 weeks if based outside of Europe. In some cases items may take up to six weeks to arrive and we cannot issue a refund or replacement until 6 weeks have passed. Seasonal shipping delays should be expected during the holiday season.

What is your return policy?

You may return goods in new and resellable condition & you are responsible for return postage costs. You must inform us of your intention to return with 14 days & return within 30 days. Custom or personalised items are excluded. If there is a problem with your order (goods arrived damaged/missing or a printing error), first of all we are sorry about that and we can issue refund or replacement, you will need to retain the item & all packaging & await for further instructions. We require photos & a return of the product with its packaging. We cannot offer refunds or replacements without photos or when items or packaging are disposed of without our consent. Please send photos with your message, and hold on to everything until we respond.

Choking Hazard Awareness: Be mindful that personalized items, especially those with small parts such as magnets or embellishments, may pose a choking hazard to young children and babies. Always prioritize safety when selecting personalized items for use around infants and toddlers. Supervision: Always supervise infants and young children when they are interacting with personalized items that contain small parts. Be vigilant to prevent them from putting small pieces into their mouths, noses, or ears. Avoid Sharp Edges: Be cautious of personalized items with small parts that have sharp edges or points. These can cause injury if mishandled or if a child falls onto the item.

Can I change my address after purchase?

Unfortunately not, if you would like to change your address, we would need to arrange to cancel your order and you would need to reorder again with your correct address as postage labels are automatically generated and we don’t manually check addresses and we are unable to issue a refund for orders sent to an incomplete address (eg if you fail to enter a house number or name at checkout). If the item is returned to us you will need to pay postage to resend. The same applies if the address is incomplete eg missing the street name. If you place an order with an incorrect address (eg if you have moved and didn’t notice) we will be unable to issue any refund once your order has been shipped so please let us know ASAP

When do you respond to messages?

We aim to answer all of your questions within 24hrs Our working hours are Monday-Friday 9-4 UTC+01:00. We may be slow to respond outside of these hours. At busy times it may take up to 2 working days for you to receive a response to a general enquiry. Please read the listing description in full, along with our shop announcement , shop policies and FAQS as most general enquries will be covered. We cannot confirm receipt of required personalisation information for orders. Your dispatch email can be used to confirm we have all required information for your order. We will try to respond promptly to messages about orders already placed where there is an issue, but this isn't always possible, particulary outside of our working hours.

All items will have the size of the print or size of the item in the listing description, please let us know if any issues with any of our listings

How to get your item personalised?

After purchase or at checkout you can tell us how to personalise it, you can choose fonts from our photos or you can suggest a font you might like and we will try to get that for you, if you have a logo please get in touch for more info.
You need to include as many details as you like in order for us to get the right personalisation for you, let`s say you want your text in the in a corner or in the middle, please tell us that, otherwise if we don`t get much information we will proceed on doing it as we think will look best and we should not be responsible that it`s not as you like (for example you do not like the font or size or position) because you had your chance to tell us that before
We are flexible with any order but please bear in mind that the more details you have the longer it will take us to process your order
• For example:
• Font style 1, icon 145 on the left hand side
• Message: (Happy Birthday Mum)
• Please put your engraving text inside brackets () so we know to only engrave that.
• Please if you have any extra instructions let us know in as many details as you like so it will help us getting the best of your personalisation.
• Please ensure you check and double check your spelling because we use "Copy & Paste"
• If you have not left any engraving instructions we will message you after sale and if there is no answer from you (after sending 3-5 message in 2-5 days) then we will send a final message where we explain that we are sending you item plain and a random colour where applicable
• These are personalized items and you will require to give extra attention when placing your order.
• Please check spelling, upper and lower cases before confirming, your order will be sent as you provided.
• Incorrect information may delay your order.
