WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

All of our prints are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail is also offered as an upgrade for an additional charge for expedited shipping needs.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

Prints 9"x12" and smaller are shipped in flat rigid mailers. All prints sized 11"x14" and larger are first rolled into a protective plastic sleeve before being placed into a heavy-duty shipping tube, triangle or box for mailing!

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes! You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships. The notification is automatically sent by email through Etsy.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINTS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL?

LOST: We rarely have lost shipments! Please check with your neighbor or reception, as it may simply have been mis-delivered or waiting for pick up. DELAYED: If tracking says ‘In Transit to Next Facility’ or ‘Moving Through Network’, please allow a few extra days for delivery. USPS’s Ground Advantage program (July 2023) does have extended shipping times. The estimated shipping dates provided do not take this into consideration, nor: - handling time (ours is 1 Day) - distance from NV to destination - carrier processing times - uncontrollable factors ie: weather DAMAGED: If your print arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the damage to both the print and the packaging (carriers require this to make a claim).

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?

Each of our prints are custom reproductions printed on professional 68lb Heavyweight Enhanced Matte Art Paper (or similar quality). We specifically use this professional grade matte finished paper in order to give our art prints the best possible vintage look and feel!

IS THERE A WHITE BORDER?

No! We specialize in printing borderless, which means there is not a white border around our prints! Therefore, the sizes listed are the finished size of the print.

DO YOU SHIP FRAMED PRINTS?

We do not offer matte or framing. We have found the demand for framed prints to be low, coupled with very high shipping charges, both making it unrealistic to offer. You can find a much greater variety and the perfect frame to compliment the prints and your decor either on-line or at the larger craft/hobby/framing stores (and much more reasonably priced!) than what we could offer!

WILL THE WATERMARK BE ON MY PRINT?

No, the watermark will not appear on the actual print!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We always ship next business day! Delivery times, once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier, is dependent on the carrier. The ‘estimated’ delivery dates are suggested and should not be taken as a guaranteed delivery date
