When will I receive my product?

You will receive a digital file as soon as you purchase the product. In some cases it may take a few minutes for it to appear in your email or your Etsy account under purchases. If you have purchased a personalized item, I will send it to you within 2 working days.

Where do I print the product?

You can print from home or head to a local printing shop to print. I recommend using quality printing paper or heavy card stock. Please note colours may vary slightly from the screen to your printed product depending on the quality of the printer and ink and screen resolutions.

How do I make the printables last longer?

I recommend laminating the pintable's to make them more durable and resistant to moisture and bending. Cut out all parts and then laminate all the pieces.

Do you offer refunds or returns

No, unfortunately due to the nature of being a digital download and having instant access to the product I do not offer refunds or returns. But let me know if you have any concerns and I'll do my best to help you out!

Can I print my purchased item more than once?

Yes! Once you have purchased your product you can print as many copies as you want for your own personal use! So be sure to place it in a safe folder for future use. In the event a cut out piece goes missing you can always reprint it! Please note that you are not allowed to alter, redistribute, resell, modify or use any of the products commercially.
