Yes. If you do not see the item in our shop they you're looking for, message us and we can work out the details to fulfill your request.

My order says it was "delivered" but I did not receive it, what now?

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, due to delivery to the wrong address, porch pirates, or the order simply being misplaced. Once your order has been packed, shipped, and dropped off to the carrier we have no control over it. We do not replace/refund orders that show "delivered" on the tracking status. If your order shows "delivered" but you cannot find it, our recommendation is to check with any neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong house accidentally. After that you would need to contact your local post office/carrier about the issue. We are unable to open a claim with USPS if the tracking shows the item was "delivered".
