When will I receive my order?

UK orders should expect to be received 1-3 days after you receive your notification that it has been dispatched. International should typically arrive in 7-18 days, but on the rare occasion it is delayed, it can take a few weeks to arrive. Please contact me if this is the case so that I can prepare to replace your order should it reach 6 weeks and I can claim it back from the Post Office as lost in transit.

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes. My time is spread quite thin between this business, my family life, and my health conditions so I'm very choosy and taking on custom projects that will take a lot of time. Please message me with a photo or description of what you're looking for. Changes to existing patches in my store will almost certainly be able to be accommodated, but completely custom patches will likely to only be taken on if they aren't too complex.

Do you sell digital files of your embroidery patterns?

Whilst they are not listed, I am open to selling the embroidery patterns so you can put the designs on your own garments. It's important to mention if you will be using this on a commercial basis.

Can I use your patches on my own products to sell?

Yes! I don't mind this at all, would love a shout-out on social media if you do this but it's not required.
