What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders will be shipped to the address listed here on Etsy. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, The White Invite does wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place). PLEASE NOTE: The White Invite IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as The White Invite has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.

Additional Shipping Information

If the order is returned to The White Invite marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment. The White Invite is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact The White Invite prior to ordering. Additional fees will apply.

What if my package is damaged in transit?

We are happy to get a replacement sent out for you! If items are damaged in transit, The White Invite will replace items as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS. You have 7 days to let us know of anything that arrived damaged. The same shipping method will be used to mail out the replacements as the original shipment. The White Invite is not responsible for paying expedited shipping for replacements due to damages by mail carriers.

Sized for adult tees - approximately 9-11" on the longest side.

These transfers can be used on ANY shirt - there is no limitation on light colors, poly count, etc.

Instructions for Heat Press:
- MUST use heat press, iron will NOT work!
- Heat Press Temperature: 365 degrees (note that every heat press is different, yours may need to be set a little higher or lower)
- Pre press shirt for 7 seconds to remove any moisture
- Press shirt on heavy pressure for 7 seconds
- Hot peel

** We are NOT responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly.
