I can't download the files I Ordered.

Please make sure you're not trying to download the files from the Etsy app; the app currently does not have a Download option yet, So be sure you log in from a browser, not the app. When you buy a digital file, you should get a notification, "Your Order has been confirmed," and at the bottom, it should say, "View your files on etsy." If you're not able to download through etsy, try from your email receipt, and if it still gives you problems, then message me so I can send the link to download the files.

I have a problem with a file I purchased

Any problems you encounter with my files, PLEASE let me know first before leaving a bad review, I will always try to get back to you as soon as possible. I will be adding text files to the listings, that will contain some links with really helpful tutorials that may help you while I get back to you, so please make sure you read them. Please allow at least an hour for me to respond, sometimes my notifications show up late.

I can't separate layers or ungroup layers of the SVG in Silhoutte Studio.

If you have The Basic Edition (the free edition) it does not support SVG files. if you have Designer Edition and it still won't ungroup or separate layers here is a link I found helpful for that rare situation https://craftbundles.com/2020/03/19/cant-ungroup-in-silhouette-studio/ if it stills gives you problems let me know and I will look into it and try to help, but please don't expect me to help right away I am not always next to my computer, so be patient and remember youtube and google are your best friends for instant help.

I am new to Cricut and SVG files

I would suggest you watch some videos about how to work with SVG files in cricut before buying .SVG files. Knowing the difference between formats is essential. Svg, png, jpg, pdf, and DXF are not the same thing. For SVGs you will need a software that can open SVG files to be able to make changes to the Svg files, a vector graphics software that can be use to edit and make SVG files like Inkscape for example it's a good FREE software to downlad. Please be mindful that you're paying for a digital file, not a tutorial, so before buying, do some research so you don't end up losing your money or time when buying digital files.

I can't upload my SVG to Cricut or I don't see the layers.

First, make sure you're uploading the actual SVG file, which it should be the one that on the name it ends with ".svg". If you're using Cricut, make sure you're choosing "cut file," not "Print then cut." Check in the layers panel of your software if the files are grouped and try to ungroup them. Check if you have the latest version of the software. If it still gives you problems contact me.

I bought this file by mistake or two of the same.

If you bought the same file by mistake twice, contact me for a refund to one of the files. **Please be aware that I am able to see if you downloaded the files and which files you did not download 😉.** **I am also able to see how many times you bought the files, which in this case if you buy two of the same by mistake and I see it in the orders I will gladly give you a refund.** If you bought a file and it does not work on your software or you did not read before buying: Unfortunaly since Etsy is still giving access to the files after I give refund and people have been asking for refunds then downloading the files right after, I no longer will be giving refunds to digital files even If they haven't been downloaded.

I want a refund, this is not what I wanted.

Here's a tip from my experience using the file:

• For small details, cut in Washi sheet setting with more pressure.

• Use reverse weeding for the small details.

• Make sure your machine's blade it's not dull, or it won't cut the small parts properly.
