Due to the handmade nature of my jewellery and precious stones, all items will vary slightly as all the stones aren't all exactly identical.
I have protected all my jewellery but please ensure to remove jewellery when in contact with water so that your items remain to the best possible quality.
All jewellery is handmade and delicate so please remove jewellery when going to sleep as well.
All metal bags are handmade / also vintage pieces that can be cleaned by just gently wiping them down. Please treat them with care as they are very beautiful and can't be replaced!
Metal bags are handmade and you can see the work that has been put into it. Because of the handmade nature there will be some imperfections adding to their beauty.

✓ All the brass rings are antique brass and I have polished and protected them so they don't tarnish further than the antiqued finish.
✓ All silver rings are antique sterling silver plated brass. The base metal of the silver rings is brass and I have protected them so that they don't tarnish further after I have antiqued them.
✓ All silver necklace chains are sterling silver of a high quality and the pendants are sterling silver plated brass.
✓ All gold/ brass necklace chains are antique gold plated of a good quality and the pendants are antique brass or gold if stated.

For any reasons if you are unhappy with an item or it is faulty please notify me by messaging me using Etsy Convo within 7 days of receiving the purchase and I will be more than happy to rectify the situation or refund you.

Please message me for my returns address, customs info & return your purchase in all it's original packaging & I can refund your purchase minus shipping & handling fees as soon as I have received your item. It is your responsibility to make sure the item reaches me safely so that I can make the refund.
I am unable to refund shipping and handling costs.

Please contact me about completing the Customs Declaration form correctly when returning an item outside of the UK (message me first on what to exactly put down) as items arriving into the UK over £14 that are marked as 'merchandise' incur a customs and handling fee but in this case the item is not merchandise as it is a Return item sold from the UK and hasn't been purchased from your country so please make sure you fill this correctly otherwise I will have to deduct the customs and handling fee from your refund.

If an item (UK or International) arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as you receive the item. I might ask you to send a photo and describe the condition of the item and the packaging so I can ensure this doesn’t happen again.

➤ Royal Mail International Standard delivery DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION therefore you cannot track the whereabouts of your parcel and I cannot be held responsible if there is a problem with the arrival of your parcel.

➤ Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for provides you with TRACKING INFORMATION to locate your parcel.

➤ To UPGRADE to Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for (International Customers) navigate to your Cart at the top right of your page and select a shipping upgrade from the Shipping Options dropdown menu located to the right of your item.

* This method is highly recommended for International Orders *

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR BAGS to the USA are sent using USPS Smartmail which is a tracked service taking approximately 7-10 working days.

All OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the UK + US) are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed which takes APPROXIMATELY 3-5 WORKING DAYS to reach destinations in Europe once dispatched & approximately 7-10 WORKING DAYS to reach destinations outside of Europe and the UK.

UK ORDERS FOR METAL BAGS:
✭ Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. ✭
which takes approximately 1 - 2 working days once the item has been dispatched.
You will be required to sign for this parcel.

The above time frames are the ESTIMATED times a parcel reaches your country provided by Royal Mail & any delays are completely out of my control.

Sometimes International packages can have a delay up to 6 weeks due to customs so please allow extra time to receive your parcel. These delays are completely out of my control, however if you have chosen International Tracked & Signed for Delivery I can do everything on my side to locate your parcel.
BUT if you choose International Standard delivery (NO TRACKING INFO) I can't be held responsible as I have to wait 45 working days before Royal Mail can investigate the whereabouts of the purchase.

Without tracking I am unable to send you a replacement or refund until I hear from Royal mail.

➤ Delivery for my jewellery and metal bags is sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Mail to the United Kingdom and takes 1 - 2 working days once the item has been dispatched.
* Please make sure that you are at home to collect the parcel otherwise the post office will provide you with a slip to choose a date to collect you parcel.*


◉ These shipping rates exclude bank holidays, where there will be a delay as Royal Mail operates a delayed service during bank holidays.

Please note that a WORKING DAY does not include weekends and bank holidays.
