DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
Within 1-3 business days, I will send a proof of your image(s) with your personalization through Etsy messenger. I can make minor adjustments to the proof at that time. Once all the requested edits and changes have been made and you're happy with the proof, I will email you the files for your order. Your files will be emailed to the email address associated with your Etsy account.

You will receive 3 JPG files for each image in each of the following dimensions:

4:5 Ratio - Prints up to 24x30 inches
Can be adjusted to: 4x5 | 8x10 | 12x15 | 16x20 | 24x30

3:4 Ratio - Prints up to 24x32 inches

HOW TO ORDER
1. In the “Add your personalization” box, please enter the athlete's name and jersey number into the personalization box when ordering. The personalized name can be first or last name, your choice!
2. Add item to cart and submit your order.
3. You will receive an automatically generated email from Etsy containing a link to a PDF document including Digital Download Instructions, FAQ’s, Print Release, and Copyright and License Notice, available for immediate download.
4. Within 1-3 business days, I will send a proof of your image(s) with your personalization through Etsy messenger. Please be sure to monitor your account during this timeframe. I can make adjustments and edits to the image to your liking.
5. Once all the requested edits and changes have been made and you're happy with the proof, I will email the files to the email address associated with your Etsy account.

PRINTING
You can print your new wall art at your local photo lab (ex: Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Costco, etc.), at a local print shop/vendor (ex: Staples, Office Depot/Office Max, Kinkos, etc), an online printing service (ex: VistaPrint, Shutterfly, Snapfish), or on a home printer.

Final print quality will depend on the printing machine, printing paper, and ink used. Due to differences in monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly different between monitors and/or the printed product, and color matching cannot be guaranteed. Please note, to accommodate longer names, the image may be slightly resized and centered.
