Sustainable Sea Glass bracelet gift - a beautiful piece of glass recycled by mother nature herself by years of tumbling in the waves! A great gift to bring a little positivity into the life of somebody you care about.

I make these bracelets/anklets in a selection of colours - it completely depends on the glass that I find. Each piece is carefully chosen depending on it's colour, size and shape. The beads are silver plated, and the cord is cotton. I also offer a selection of message cards, so please check out the photos to find the perfect words. Your bracelet will be popped into a cellophane sleeve before dispatch - this is not shown in the photos as the shiny finish causes reflections, making it tricky to see the bracelet properly. Bracelets are made to order, so seaglass shapes and sizes vary, but will always be of similar proportions to the ones in the photos.

Sea glass is strong and beautiful. Sometimes known as 'mermaid's tears' it starts life as bits of discarded glass, then through a natural process the glass breaks into smaller pieces and different shapes. It travels with the currents, tosses in the waves, mixes with rocks and coarse sand. Even its chemical makeup is altered. Numerous times it is washed up onto the beach, only to be stolen again by the tides and waves and returned to nature’s own giant tumbler.

Finally one day it remains on the beach to be discovered and cherished by someone who truly appreciates its history, value and beauty.
