Quality item, but the shipping took foreverrrrr! I honestly think they forgot about my order because as soon as I messaged them inquiring where the product was, they shipped it the next day. They included a cute leather keychain as a freebie, so that was nice.

However, we'd like to share the accurate facts of this feedback because the facts can help future clients. Kimberly placed her order on August 8. The details for her item list a production time of up to 5 business days. That time is shown for a client to see before ordering. She contacted us August 14, which was four business days after her order. We advised her we were in the timeframe and that we would ship her item on time, and we did. We shipped within one week of her order, not "forever." The suggestion we forgot her order is not true. To future clients, if you need your order more quickly than our listed production time, please contact us to see if we can rush it for you.
