COLORS AND MATERIALS:
– Acrylic Cake Topper is made thick from 1/8"(3mm) – 10 colors
- Wooden Cake Topper is made thick from 1/6" (4mm) – 10 colors
- Glitter Cake Topper is made thick from 1/6" (5mm) – 6 colors (glitter does not crumble)

Dimensions:
- we produce from 5 to 8 inches wide
How to order:
- Choose size from the drop down list;
- Select a color from the drop down list;
- In case your order needs some personalization, write please the Surnames, Names, Age and Dates you need in note to seller;
- In the "Notes to seller" section, please list the DATE needed by;
- Please make sure that the data you provide me with is absolutely correct.

PAYMENT METHODS:
- We accept only PayPal.

PRODUCTION TIME:
- 2 to 4 days (NO Holidays or Sundays) after purchase is made and payment has cleared.

SHIPPING TIME:

*Standard parcel delivery
USA: 14-16 days
Europe: 20-25 days
Canada: 20-27 days

*Express parcel delivery by DHL is also available. DHL Express parcels take 8-11 days to arrive.

EXPRESS DHL SHIPPING is ONLY available when you place an additional charge for using Express DHL.
The Express DHL surcharge is placed in addition to standard shipping.

Please understand that the shipping time is only an estimation, an actual delivery time may vary depending on the weather condition, holidays, and other unknown reasons.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER PLACING
- If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us. If after the order has not passed 24 hours we will make a refund in full volume of 100%.

- If after the order has passed 24 hours and your order has not yet been made, we guarantee a 80% refund of the price. (We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission).
- If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee a 50% refund of the price.
- If your order is already shipped, no refund will be made.

A large request will be kept in touch within 72 hours after placing the order. In cases where we can not perform the delivery of your order on the specified date, we will notify you about it. Pay attention to the time of shipment and place the order taking into account the terms specified in our store.
