I purchased a PDF pattern, Will I receive a physical handmade item in the mail?

No. All crochet patterns PDF's are digital download delivery and do not include any physical items. You will receive a download link after completed purchase in your Etsy associated email. You can also access them at any time after purchase under the purchase and review section of your Etsy profile when logging into Etsy from a web browser.

Do you offer handmade items? I would like to purchase this already made as I do not crochet.

I am primarily a pattern designer, however I do restock select handcrafted critters when I am able to throughout the year. These items are already created at time of listing and cannot be changed or customized. I will often announce these shop drops on social media and in my newsletter! Join my mailing list to be notified when these events happen. Custom Commission are not available. I ship to USA locations only.

I have a question regarding your pattern, can you help?

Absolutely! Send me a message on Etsy, I will be more than happy to assist in any way that I can! Alternatively, you can reach out at any of the contact links within the purchased PDF for further assistance. Messages are best and will be replied and seen quicker than email. I try to respond as quickly as I can and is often within a few hours, however please allow 24 hours for a response during the week and 48 hours for weekends and/or holidays.

I can't find my download / Etsy never sent an email with a link

Upon completed purchase, Etsy automatically sends an email with a download link to access your purchased patterns directly. This email can sometimes land in spam folders due to filtering. Anytime after purchase you can log back in to etsy via any web browser (**This has to be through an internet browser such as chrome or safari, it will not work through the mobile app itself.) You can find your purchased files under your purchase and review section within your profile at the top right of your screen. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact me with your invoice order # and I will get it sent to you as soon as I can.

Can I get a refund for this crochet PDF? I wanted a physical item or I purchased the wrong pattern.

Due to the non returnable nature of digital download items, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure that you ensure that you have the correct pattern or have selected the handmade item listing before checking out. Please note: I do not always have handmade items available, and I do not take custom commissions at this time. If you do not see a listing for a handmade version of the one that you would like it is because it is currently unavailable. Purchasing a pattern version will not secure a handmade item.
