I bought a digital item, where is it?

NON-EDITABLE TEMPLATES If you signed up for an account on Etsy, you can find your digital item on your Etsy Download page below: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Downloads are available once payment is confirmed which may in some cases take 10-15 minutes for confirmation. Etsy will also send you a download notification email with a download link. EDITABLE TEMPLATES If you purchased an editable template, please check your email including spam folder for download information from Corjl.Com our online editor partner. Click on the link in your email from Corjl to access your template! Alternatively, you can also go directly to log in at: www.corjl.com/orders to access and edit purchased items.

Can I get a refund for my digital item?

We do not offer refunds for digital items. If you need help customizing a digital template, we're here to assist, however, all sales are final on digital items.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Customized items such as mugs, cups, t-shirts, sweatshirts etc., are printed when you place your order, so once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order. This also applies to customized template orders. Once we begin work on the template, we're not able to offer a refund. If you'd like to cancel, please try to do it before the work starts.

How does shipping work on physical items?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number. We usually ship USPS PRIORITY 3-DAY MAIL SO YOU GET YOUR ORDER NICE AND FAST! A few items are shipped using first class USPS mail, but in either case, we provide you with tracking once your item has been shipped.

How long do I have access to my editable template on Corjl?

You have unlimited access for 1 year. With 365 days of access, you can edit and download your template as many times you like!

How can I have access to my template for more than 1 year?
