This half hoop jadeite ear hoop is an exclusive design by Rui. The half hoop is specially cut to create this chic and modernised appearance. This is an irregular method of cutting the jadeite because most gemstone cutters will attempt to utilise most of the material by keeping the piece round. In order to create this design, there were wastages. The jadeite design is bold and avant-garde.
We kept the essence of traditional carved jade, sliced it into an edgy 3/4 arc, and anchored it with a clean stud. It gives you the bold, dramatic silhouette of a classic hoop with the zero-fuss comfort of a daily post. The ultimate effortless statement piece: pair it with an oversized limewashed tee, stacked chain necklaces, and a sharp blazer
