Why does it take so long to get my order?

Well first, I am a one woman shop! I work out of my office within my own home and do not have employees. All items are made to order and made by me! The production time ensures that I will have time to obtain all materials required to make your product (ie the correct jacket/cap/shirt size/color, etc). Also, there are typically 75-100 items in line at any given time. It takes me time to work through my list! :) --Plus, it also allows for the occasional day off and of course some time with my family! We often take weekends OFF for family time! **PLEASE understand that I do have obligations outside of my shop!**

Can I do a rush order so I can get my items faster?

*At this time, we do not accept rush orders as all items are custom made to order.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer discounts on small or group orders. The jacket and production costs for us are the same whether it's one item or 10 made.

*Size charts are included in the additional photos of each listing. Please be sure to check this for each different item. Sizing varies greatly from brand to brand and no one brand is "True to Size."
