The worst customer service I have ever experienced on Etsy! Unprofessional and NOT a person who needs to be working with people!

Response from Mary Anne

This customer demanded that I provide additional services for free, and when I told her that was not an option, she asked for her order to be cancelled. I cancelled and refunded this order immediately (so why is a review able to be left?). She then left this 1-star review. Leaving a bad review because I wouldn’t give her something for free? Extortion! It’s sad that Etsy allows things like this to continuously happen, where customers claim “bad customer service” because shops don’t work for free.
