Great for any beverage you want to savor and preserve, this Archimedean and worm (spiral) style Champagne tap is designed to penetrate the cork without actually opening it. You pour beverage through the curved spout by opening the valve, and then the bubbles are preserved by closing the valve. There are no maker's marks or hallmarks to prove what kind of metal it is, but aside from some very minor pitting that is only on the valve handle, this fun piece of vintage barware is very clean and in excellent condition.
Whole tap measures 5.75" x 1" and the length from the pointed tip to the top of the screw is 2.5"
