What is the Gift Message?

The gift message is a message that goes on the packing slip inside the box, it is not the message to go on the glass. To send us a name you can start a conversation, create a custom order or add a note when placing your order.

Custom and personalised orders

We can discuss bigger orders for workplaces, weddings, parties or any other occasion. With our laser etching, we can provide a larger quantity of glasses. It may take slightly longer than times stated in listings, but we try our best to get all glasses out quickly. We copy text exactly as you have provided, please check that it is correct before ordering. Please contact us for quotes, designs and orders.

Why is there a blemish or mark within the glass?

Each of our glasses is laser etched to order, and every piece is slightly unique because of the glass manufacturing process and the nature of laser engraving. Small blemishes or bubbles may sometimes be present in the glass itself. These are natural and do not affect the durability or use of the product. Design size and position may vary slightly from glass to glass, giving each one its own individual character. These small variations are a normal part of the handmade/laser-etched process and are not considered defects. We take care to ensure every glass is of gift-worthy quality, but please allow for these little quirks that make each one truly one of a kind.
