The frame arrived in excellent condition, it was packaged and wrapped very well. There were no scratches on the glass, and the hinges and clasp work well. The size was perfect for what I needed. The paper I have inside the frame is thick enough that I didn't need tape to secure it in the center. I had some issues with the shipping (which was my mistake) and the seller was able to help me out so everything was resolved quickly.
