Shipping / Does my order include tracking?

All orders are sent via Express Courier and are FREE of charge! Upon shipment we provide you with the tracking number inside your order, which will let you check the status of the shipment.

Customer satisfaction is very important for us. If you want to return an item please contact us. For your better, safer and faster service we'll provide you a return shipment label of DHL courier. You can only return it via DHL courier, as you received it. Not via another company or post office. You will sent it back and when we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in original purchase condition. All the paperwork, should be included like the receipt. Without the receipt we can't do the refund. Upon approval, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the return shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all the shipping fees and importation fees that will occur. Shipping costs vary by country.

Customized orders / Do you offer engraving?

We accept custom and personalized orders. Feel free to contact us and we will inform you if we can do it. All of our items are made of real solid gold! We offer free back side engraving! You will add the text you want for the backside in the box 'Add your personalization''. Please note the size of the pendant to fit.

Can I return the product before receiving it?

No. You must receive your order first and then if you want to return it, you have to do the return procedure.

Are your jewelry real gold?

Yes, all of our jewelry is made of solid, real gold, including the chains and clasps. They are neither gold-plated nor gold-filled. All pieces are stamped with a 14k hallmark.
