The 'Clurichaun' (pronounced like Leprechaun) is a mischievous fairy in Irish folklore known for his great love of drinking and a tendency to haunt breweries, pubs and wine cellars. He wears a unique hat, carries a violin, other musical instruments, and bells to put on his violin bow.
This darling St Patrick's gnome is so cute in his coat jacket all decorated in golden buttons. I love the orange-red beard too. He is ready for a grand day. Easy pattern, photos, and step-by-step instructions for using the sewing machine, but you can hand-stitch it as well. Glue is used in some areas. This is a 14 page pattern.

Just another example of Sharon doing what she does best... creating the most whimsical and original gnome patterns out there! And not only is she hugely talented, she is one of the kindest, most helpful sellers on Etsy! When I asked for her help locating the fabric for Clurichaun's shirt she was quick to respond and eager to help, which meant a lot to me! This wasn't the first time either. She really does go out of her way to please her customers and it's another reason why I'll continue to support her. Now... if you'll please excuse me, I have a gnome to make! The excitement is palpable! :-) EDIT: I'm attaching a photo showing Kerrygold - I'm so pleased with how he turned out!
