“The Tennessee” - I moved to the southeast in the late winter/early spring and the bold bright colors in this quilt remind me of vibrant flowers, inspiring folks who were unabashedly authentic, and joyful memories from my time in the south.

This large throw quilt uses all Art Gallery Fabrics. The top is Art Gallery Fabrics Pure Solids in Raw Gold, Turmeric, Apricot Crepe, Zambia Stone, Mirage Blue, and Jade Cream. The backing is a bold and bright floral design and the binding is AGF Pure Solids in Coral Reef. The quilt has been machine pieced, quilted, and bound. The quilting is done in a variety of thread colors including white, coral, and silver.

The pattern is the 2021 Color of Connection quilt pattern by @colorofconnection.

This quilt measures 61” x 50." It is shown on a queen-size bed in Photo #1.

Washing instructions: Wash this handmade quilt with cold water and dry with low or no heat. Your quilt will become softer with a crinkled texture over time and with repeated washings. Note: This quilt has been washed and dried with scent-free detergent.
