This bracket securely mounts under the dash of the VW ID.4 to hold the bbfly-A6 OBDII Cable with Switch. Easily power on or off your OBD2 module while sitting in your driver's seat! I designed this bracket to hook onto a sturdy brace under the dash of the ID.4 as shown in the photos, so it will securely hold the switch and support your OBD2 device below the dash.

Now you can turn off your OBD2 module at the end of every drive avoiding the security risk inherent in BLE devices and unnecessary 12V battery drain on your car. Remove the worry of wearing out your car's OBD II connector. It has never been easier to use your favorite apps such as A Better Route Planner, OBDeleven, VCDS, and Car Scanner without getting on your knees and craning your neck your neck every time.

An optional package includes a Cable with Switch, which will come pre-installed in the bracket. Or just get the bracket alone to mount your own switch cable into. As shown in the photos, an optional 0/1 label is included to keep track whether the module is powered on or off. The label is reversible, so install it as needed for your switch.

This product is compatible with the 2021-2023 VW ID.4, including the USA-built ID.4. I will update the compatibility list as testing results come in.
