RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAIL
Returns must be made within 14 days (date on the post mark is important).

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPEN UNION - we accept but they are not fully refounded.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
We also LEAVE APPROXIMATELY 25-30% FEE - it is cost of custom duties, that we have to pay for importing returned item.

c) products if the information about the return was made after 14 days from receiving the goods

If you don't recieve your pack after 40 bussiness days you can open a case on Etsy . We can't make refound if you inform us that you didn't recieve your pack after 90days..
