Please read BEFORE purchasing!

•This listing is for a cupcake and is all one piece including the baking cup pictured; this is NOT a mug topper.

•I often have items already made but most faux treats are made to order and will take about 2 weeks to custom create for you since they must dry and cure before shipping.

•Faux Treats are for display purposes ONLY and should be kept out of reach of children!

•Mugs, plates, bowls and containers pictured are NOT included unless listed as part of the item description.

•These items are perfectly imperfect since they are handmade and may have slight imperfections and variations since they are individually made. Small elements may vary slightly due to embellishment availability and current supply shortages. Some sprinkles may come loose during shipping.

•I am always adding new and unique items, thanks for looking!
