If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade watch band the return for all handmade watch bands maybe accepted within 14 days from the moment the item was delivered. You have to contact me during first 5 days after you received the order. The return is accepted only if the item is sent in original package without any signs of wearing. As each band is custom made restocking fee 10-20% will be applied ( depends on the condition of return). Items returned without original packaging and with signs of wearing are non-refundable. The buyer pays for return shipping. All orders should be sent with tracking number as a proof of return by using USPS First Class mail Service. Returns sent without prior approval won't be refunded.

All domestic orders are shipped with USPS First Class Service ( with tracking number). All International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International (with tracking number). For expedited shipping - USPS Priority shipping option is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sometimes delays may occur due to Customs and I cannot be responsible for it.

Most of the orders are shipped within 1-3 business day. Custom /personalized orders may take longer. Due to Holiday season delays may occur so please be sure you place your order in advance to be able to get it on time.

By far the cutest band I was able to find for a FitBit!! The only negative is that the watch face tends to rotate quite a bit if enough slack is left to not have pressure marks

It is very pretty and made very well. My only issue is that that charm bracelet style causes my fitbit to turn on its side and does not read my heart rate. I find it is better if I turn it toward the inside of my wrist when I do wear it. This is fine because I really got it to wear when I am a little more dressed up, and I'm wearing silicon bands the rest of the time. And it would be 100% fine for trackers that are mainly used to track steps, and if you aren't concerned about it tracking your heart rate. Overall, I am super happy with it!
