How can I find my downloaded files

This takes you to a page where all the downloadable files associated with your order are listed. - Download to Your Device: Click the “Download” button beside each file to save them to your computer or device. Ensure that your device has the necessary software or app to open the PDF

How can I open my downloads if I checked out as a guest?

After making a purchase on Etsy, you will receive a confirmation email from Etsy. This email contains a link to download the digital file(s) they purchased. On this page, there should be a button to download the files. Issues with Email: If you cannot find the email: Check your spam or junk mail folder. Search their email for messages from transaction@etsy.com.
