I know it can get difficult to choose the right paper for your needs; Here's what each paper can be used for; Ordinary White Matte - Thin Paper. Bit hard to Peel. Not Vibrant Colors. Affordable. Perfect for single/short term use. Envelopes, packing material, bags and boxes. NOT WATERPROOF. Premium White Matte - For longer use - Laptop, Water bottles, Hydro flasks, Tumblers. Strong Adhesive. 70-80% Waterproof. Some color bleeding can occur when in contact with water. - Standard Glossy - High Gloss, shinny finish. Strong Adhesive. 70-80% Waterproof. What is Standard Delivery? How do I Purchase Shipping Upgrade?

Standard Delivery is by letter mail without tracking and could take up to 10 business days to deliver. You can purchase a shipping upgrade with Expedited or Express Shipping before checking out.

I offer custom size options ranging between 0.5 inches to 6 inches. Please refer to each listing for more details or contact for specific size requirement.

What is RUSH (24 hour) Add-on? Can I pickup my order?

RUSH order is designed for those who want their order to be processed without 24 hours of mockup approval, instead of 3 business days. There is an extra fee for RUSH orders. RUSH order DOES NOT expedite shipping, unless you purchase a shipping upgrade. You are welcome to schedule a pickup if you live in the GTA.

I chose Standard Delivery and did not receive my order. What should I do?

According to an estimated between 5-10% of mail gets lost every day. Depending on your order if it is lost or is not delivered due to incorrect address - you can re-order at a 50% discount. Contact for more details.

Are these labels for OUTDOOR use?

No. These labels are only meant for indoor use. The colors are not treated for outdoor usage and can fade if placed directly under sunlight.
