How do I access my digital download?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Etsy with link to download your new files. If you don’t find it in the inbox, please check the spam/junk mail folder in case it got sent there by mistake. You can also find the download link in your Etsy account under Purchases (www.etsy.com/your/purchases). ⚠️ Please sign into Etsy on a COMPUTER or MOBILE BROWSER. The Etsy app does not support file downloads at this time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance.

Do download links expire?

No, there are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

Why do I receive a PDF file after downloading?

When files are too large to upload to Etsy, you will receive a PDF with link to our Google Drive where you can download the files. PDF files can be opened with a PDF reader such as Acrobat Reader. You can download Acrobat Reader for free here: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-reader.html

How do I access my digital download if I checked out as Guest?

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order. If you don’t find it in the inbox, please check the spam/junk mail folder. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or save list can help you locate these emails in the future.

I used Apple Pay and cannot find my downloads?

If you used Apple Pay and have the "Hide My Email" feature turned on then you will not receive the automated email with the download link from Etsy. To access your downloads, sign into Etsy on your computer or mobile browser and go to your Purchases page (www.etsy.com/your/purchases). ⚠️ The Etsy app does not support file downloads at this time. If you still have trouble finding the downloads, please feel free to message me and I'll be happy to help!

Where and how do I print these files?

• You can print at home on your printer • Print at your local print store (eg. Staples, Costco, Walgreens, etc.) • Upload and print online (e.g. VistaPrint, Shutterfly, Poster Jack etc.) For best results, I recommend printing on good quality cardstock or photo paper with matte/satin finish. Canvas is also a great option!

Can I resell the digital files I downloaded?

No. All digital downloads in QTKidsPrints are for personal use only. Purchased files may not, under any circumstances, be resold in digital or physical form. Reselling, redistributing or using these files for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized commercial use is copyright infringement.

Printing on good-quality cardstock or photo paper with matte/satin finish is recommended for best results.

The colour may be slightly different in print than on screen due to different printer and monitor settings. The final print quality will also depend on the type of printer, ink, and paper used.

→ All of my files are provided in RGB 300 dpi format. Please message me before purchasing if you need CMYK colour format or different file format (e.g PDF).
→ Due to file size limitation on Etsy, files may sometimes be compressed in zipped folders. You will need to unzip the folders on your computer to extract the files for download. You may also receive a PDF with link to a Google Drive where you can download your files.
