Introduced in 1935, this Middle Period line perfectly captures the transition into Art Deco design. It features a beautifully molded, low-relief network of climbing vines, lush green leaves, and soft lavender and yellow blossoms against a rich, textured matte green background. The sharp, angular handles give it an elegant, architectural silhouette.
Authenticity Note: As is correct for the early 1935 Morning Glory production line, this piece is unmarked on the bottom (originally sold with a foil label that has worn away over time). It features the original handwritten factory "R" and faint mold impressions on the bottom glaze, confirming its genuine heritage.
Condition Report: Please review all photos carefully. This piece is in overall beautiful vintage condition with excellent molding and color depth. It does have one notable glaze chip on the lower body just above the base rim and 2 very small chips to the upper rim.(visible in photos). There are no cracks, hairlines, or hidden professional restorations. The price has been significantly adjusted downwards to reflect this flaw, making it an excellent, affordable entry piece for a collector!
