I know that no one likes to pay for shipping. Here at the shop I try and get my customers the cheapest yet safest shipping option available to them. If you refuse a package for any reason you will not get any reimbursement. I ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. In case you have an old address connected with your account and the item gets sent back to me and you want the package sent back to you, you will have to pay the additional shipping fee. There is no such thing as FREE shipping. I pay for shipping the first time, but not the second. Otherwise, the items will be donated.

I do a really good job and have been super fortunate to only have had a few items break in the mail. That said, it does happen. You paid good money to ship the item, so if your item arrives chipped, cracked, or broken and you purchased priority shipping, please save all the packaging and the shipping box, take pictures of the damage, and file a claim by going to:

I used to file the claim on your behalf as a courtesy but new postal regulations now require them to actually see the damage.

I try to describe each item accurately and buy only quality vintage items but please refer to photos for best detail. All vintage items are cleaned before shipped so they are ready for use. This is important to me as vintage does not mean dirty.
