How Can I Use Eninkma's Products?

✔ You can edit our products using Corjl for your personal needs ✔ You can print our downloads as many times as you like as long as it is for a personal event ✔ Event stylists are welcome to download our products however one download should be for one event. Any further events would require you to purchase the product again ✖ You cannot use these personal products for any commercial purposes without requesting specific permission from Eninkma ✖ Resell of products is not permitted and any change or adaption of products past permissible Corjl changes is prohibited. Eninkma retains the copyright of all products

Custom and personalised orders

Most Eninkma items can be adapted or altered by the customer when using Corjl. Most of our products have links to demos where you can see what changes can be made. If you require larger changes, please convo us to see if they can be achieved. Small changes we are more than happy to do for our customers, however larger custom changes may attract charges.

Eninkma does do custom design however we are extremely busy and availability is limited, so early bookings are recommended. Please note that we are illustrators and can do most things however we also pride ourselves in creating original art and will not knowingly breach copyright of others' ideas. Polite refusal may offend if we are asked to copy or do commercially licenced themes

What Are Your Business Hours?

You can usually catch us at regular business hours (9am - 5pm) every weekday except for public holidays. We are on Australian Eastern Standard Time, which means that we are forward in time compared to many other places so even though it may be Friday where you are, it may be our weekend and we generally aren't online to answer convos at this time.

I Ordered But Haven't Received My Download

As soon as payment clears, you will receive AN EMAIL from Corjl.com with the link to your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it has accidentally ended up in there

How Do I Get It Printed?

Once you have finished editing your product, you can download the files to your computer or USB and then either: ❶ Print using your home computer ❷ Take it to your local printery (think Office Max, Officeworks, Staples etc) ❸ Upload to an online printery (think Vistaprint, Officeworks, Staples etc) If you are stuck, please contact us and we can help walk you through it
