I no longer offer tracked postal services in my shop because they are in the region of 2-3 times more expensive than a standard service, which I find most customers do not want to pay, considering it makes postage more expensive than most of the items in my shop!

Tracked services are the same speed delivery as standard ones. I have also encountered a lot more problems with tracked services in terms of items being returned to me, so as of October 2023 I stopped offering tracked services.

So while international orders can't be tracked on their journey with standard postal services, be assured, if you have received your dispatch confirmation, your order is on the way and I am here to help and advise if you aren't sure if it has been sent.

At most times of the year orders will ALWAYS dispatch within 3 working days (and quite often within 24 hours) of an order being placed.

The only exception to this is when I take breaks/holidays, in which case I will make this known in dispatch timeframes and shop announcements, which I do suggest reading in case there is anything you currently need to know that might impact your order.

When an order dispatches, Etsy automatically sends a dispatch confirmation email. It has come to my attention that not everyone reliably receives this, so if it hasn't appeared in your inbox, please do check in your junk or spam in case it has arrived there.

Delivery timeframes can vary, depending on your location, the time of year, and your shipping choices. It is always best to order as early as possible, if you want something for a deadline.

For the UK, delivery should be within RM24 or RM48 timeframes from the point of dispatch, depending if you have upgraded your postal service. The Royal Mail quotes this at 1-2 working days for RM24 services, or 2-4 working days for RM48, but please note it is sometimes longer.

I usually suggest that international customers allow at least three weeks to receive an item. Typically delivery timeframes can vary between 1-6 weeks from dispatch, though the vast majority will arrive well within this estimate.

Unfortunately I don't sell wholesale. Each of my items is handmade to order from my home and I try to keep pricing fair and affordable for my customers. As such, I don't have any capacity to offer discounts for bulk or wholesale purchases.
