This confetti is made by 7 year old business owner, Russell- from a lightweight colored paper in pastel pink, purple, blue, green & yellow, cross shredded into small mixed blends. There is an option to have it with or without the punched shapes (eggs, flowers or both). This is the perfect blend for springtime and Easter!
