Firefly Tapestry Crochet *Pattern Only*

Pattern for a Firefly Tapestry. This pattern comes with both a graph and written directions.

You will need 5 skeins of Blue yarn (A), 2 skeins of black yarn (B), 3 skeins of gray yarn (C), 1 skein of yellow yarn (D) and 1 skein of orange yarn (E) to complete this project.
This pattern is 150 stitches wide by 112 rows tall

The blanket width should come out around 4 feet wide. I don't have a picture of the size for reference since I did not crochet an example of this pattern. This pattern can be repeated and sewn together or it can be combined with other patterns that are 150 stitches wide. ---Most of my patterns are 150 stitches wide--- You can also add a border to increase the size of the blanket.

This pattern can be made with the type of yarn of your choice, I recommend using a medium weight yarn.

It is all single stitch crochet. In order to make this blanket you will need to know how to carry yarn (there are great youtube videos that can teach you how to do the Tapestry Crochet Technique. I highly recommend trying a small simple pattern to practice carrying yarn before attempting a larger project. Carrying yarn gets more difficult as you add more colors.

The #'s are for each row
The letters are for different colors. (A = Blue, B = Black, C = Gray, D = Yellow, E = Orange)
(so the above pattern would have the first row be 150 stitches of color A. 2nd row would have 30 stitches of color A followed by 20 stitches of color B followed by 10 stitches of color A and so on....)
