Our clothing is made from 100% linen, pre-washed & softened. The garments will not shrink after washing at home.
Washing and care are very important for keeping the clothes as new for a long period of time.

We recommend hand wash in cold water (30 degrees) using a liquid detergent for delicate clothes. Wash items inside out. Please offer extracare to hand embroidered items.

Do not bleach or use detergents that contain bleaching agents.

Do not tumble dry. Linen clothes can be dried on fresh air, avoiding direct sunlight.

Set low heat on the iron to remove unnecessary wrinkles from the inside out.

Items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks on receipt of payment. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.

We will send orders to the address specified in the Etsy account, address indicated in PayPal won't be taken into account. So please make sure that your address is correct and complete.
Please send us a message if you want us to send the order to another address.

All orders are sent by express delivery or via international registered air mail from Oradea, Romania, depending on the destination country. For specific information, check the delivery option on each item.

We will not be responsible for any delays, payments of import duties and taxes on overseas shipping.

The duration of the delivery depends on the work of the delivery service providers and is independent of our control so we can not be responsible for any delays.

Below are the estimated delivery times (excluding production time ).

- EU: 1 week
- USA: 1-2 weeks
- Canada: 2 weeks
- Australia: 2 weeks

Packages that were returned to us because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were not picked up from the post office will be refunded excluding the shipping costs.

We also cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Shipping costs in these cases are nonrefundable as well.
