An antique delicately handmade bobbin lace fabric. It can be worn as a bridal veil, lace mantle, chapel veil. There are openings for a lace or ribbon ruche.
The lace has been professionally restored.
Restoration includes:
Past repairs have been removed and restored using a light weight cotton
thread.
A piece of silk crepe lining has been placed under one of woven stripes.
Heavier linen thread used for design outline, where needed.
Length is 57 inches
Note: There is a small light stain in one area.
