If your event is within two weeks or there is an upcoming holiday, please send us a message with the following information: - Need by Date - Shipping State & Zip code - A list of the items you will be purchasing. - The quantity you will be purchasing of each item Once we receive your message, we will confirm a shipping upgrade quote so you can receive your items in time for your event.

What is your return policy?

All purchases are final sale. Returns are not accepted due to the nature of our Custom and personalized orders - This includes anything that we print. Everything is handmade and printed for your order, even if it says "Bride" or "Bridesmaid" (for example) on it, we make it per order. Our items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What is your turn around time?

We are currently in our BUSY SEASON, and it is taking approx 3-4 business days to make orders after you place it. After that, transit normally takes 3-7 business days.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed by dates. A delivery estimate means that your package may arrive before or after the designated date. Packages sometimes arrive quicker than estimated or arrive a few days later than the timeframe. Since Covid-19, there has been an unprecedented spike in online shopping, all while facilities are working with lower amount of workers due to social distancing/capacity restrictions. Unfortunately, some packages are being stacked up inside USPS facilities for days. Our shop has a potential delay notice on all of our Etsy listings as well as on our homepage/announcements to keep customers aware of the ongoing situation. We also added the option of Priority shipping upgrades to customers on all of our listings.

How do I wash and care for my item?
