The puffy heart sliding knot bracelet features dimensional heart charm in 925 sterling silver, made in a shape of 2 apple seeds that slides on silk or leather cord. The sliding knot bracelet is easily adjustable and makes it an excellent gift to anyone you love!

The apple seed represents abundance and plenty, the literal embodiment of “be fruitful and multiply.” In Greco-Roman mythology, it comes up often in association with childbirth or lust.

BRACELET: Please specify your choice of red 1 mm genuine leather cord or 2 mm black natural silk cord. The sliding knot bracelets are adjustable and fit any wrist size (5”-9”).
