Revisions: up to 3 business days from time requested.

We advise all customers to contact their local print shop PRIOR to purchasing, in order to ensure available services. You are purchasing a digital product at your own discretion.

All files are kept for 10 days and are then deleted in order to free space in our hard drive. If you are in need of an additional edit after we have deleted your file, you will need to repurchase the full product.

For designs that contain the appearance of glitter or foil – they are solely high resolution printed images. There is no glitter nor foil physically added to the product | Colors may vary due to the resolution of computers and cellphone screens, as well as the variances of printer settings.

*The time is takes to create your product relies on the current influx of orders. We kindly ask you to be patient as we work diligently to provide the best quality.

Photo Invitations: Photo must be sent immediately after purchase.

How to Purchase Digital Invitation:
Etsy has recently changed its policies. Your shipping address will need to be changed to a U.S. address (prior to purchase) in order to have access to purchase invitation.

We kindly ask you to please proofread ALL personalization prior to placing your order. This will avoid delays as the information is copied exactly as written in the order form.

*Secure a print shop prior to placing your order. Print shop policies differ depending on location. We will not be held liable for issues with printing.

Every customer is entitled to one minor revision after the first proof has been sent.
Correcting any error after final proof is approved would be incurred at the client's expense.

Revisions will prolong the processing time and may take up to 72 business hours to complete.
Revisions do not pertain to colors, standard template wording, nor photos. This will incur an extra fee that will need to be discussed with us prior to purchase.

Once we have sent you the final product, we cannot make any changes to the standard appearance of the product shown in the sample listing.

Due to the nature of my products, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be issued once I have begun customization and once you have received your digital product. You are purchasing a service that is tailored to your personal event details. In some cases, a credit will be applied for future purchase. This must be discussed beforehand.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions from one who has demonstrated impolite behavior such as threats, harassment and lack of courtesy. We also reserve the right to cancel if you do not provide the necessary details.

Instant Download items are final sales.
