These homemade caramels grew out of a request for the caramel core of a salted caramel cupcake, without the cupcake. They are soft, not "stick to your teeth" caramels. Being homemade without preservatives they are best eaten within 9 weeks--though few customers find that to be a problem! Gluten-Free.

Toasted pecan pieces are layered on top of a thin layer of our chocolate caramel and underneath are classic caramel.

Each caramel is about 1 ounce, approximately 1.5" square.
