Postage Refunds and Returns

I do accept returns, however Australian Express Post and international postage is not refundable. Before returning items, you must first contact me via etsy convo to receive authorisation for the return. When returning an item the shipping should be tracked and with a copy of the original invoice. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned item as I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items on transit.

International Shipping Delays

I ship orders within 1 - 2 days of cleared payment. Please note sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as, natural disasters or custom and transit delays, international shipping on rare occasions can can take anywhere from 3 - 5 weeks.
