Our rings are high quality handmade jewelry rings. Order usually needs around 2 to 3 weeks to produce since every rings are made by orders. Also, it usually needs around 3-6 days for shipping within the US.

I could change the stones as you wish: Natural Diamond, Emerald, Alexandrite,Moonstone, Moss Agate, etc. I am happy to quote you the price. Also,engraving services is available. If you're interested in having a piece engraved, please contact us.

I can make rings in any ring size. If the ring size is not in the list, contact us and we'll customize it for you! Larger sizes are available for $30 per ring (Over 9US is a large size ring).

About Return & Refund Policy

We hope you LOVE the item you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss how to best resolve whatever matter and meet your needs. If you still don't want to own it, you can contact us within 7 days after receiving the rings. Returns unrelated to quality, $100 each gold ring will be deducted as a restocking fee, and a restocking fee of $50 will be deducted for each silver ring.(Rings with diamond side stones incur an additional $100 restocking fee). All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. I don't accept returns as following: - Custom rings. - Ring with engravings. - Adjusted wedding band. - Request exceeding the return period-30days.

Please contact me within 24 hours if you want to return or cancel your order. If you want to cancel the order after 24 hours, a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted for each gold ring, and a restocking fee of $50 will be deducted for each silver ring.

I offer a payment plan. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your ring. The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.

We will provide a design sketch for your confirmation.

Q2: What if my ring size isn't available? How can I determine my exact size?

A2: We support full-size customization. If you don't find your size in the drop-down menu, simply contact us. To ensure accurate sizing, you can obtain your size in the following ways: ① Have your ring professionally sized at a local jewelry store; ② Measure yourself using our "Family Size Measurement Guide" (contact customer service for the guide).

Q3: What are the options for adding gemstones? How is the price calculated?

A3: Gemstone options include natural diamonds (white diamonds), birthstones (such as rubies, sapphires, and emeralds), and semi-precious stones (such as topaz and amethyst).
