All we need is your design, on paper, photo or computer file. No need for a vectorized file, we take care of it.

Our main office with our commercial team is located in France, all the production is made in our workshop in Thailand assisted by our french managers.

To order nothing more simple, send us your design, and our team will assist you during the ordering process until your order validation.

Some colors or shape may be different from the original design, a mock-up will be sent to you a few days after payment so that you can confirm that the colors and shape are indeed those that are close to the original colors. Please also take into consideration that a slight alteration of the final size may occur, most often due to the large number of embroidery stitches. In case of approval of the mock-up, Makemypatchnow will not be responsible in case of alteration.

Due to the personalized nature of the order, we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds.
In the event of a dispute, MakeMyPatch reserves the right to retain 50% of the total amount to cover personalization costs.
