HOW IT WORKS

- Place your order on Etsy.
- Once payment has been made you will receive your confirmation email with the steps to follow.
- Email us your photographs and we design the collage for you.
- You will receive a proof within 4 working days and can request changes on your design.
- Once the design is finalised you will receive the high resolution artwork in JPEG & PDF over email.
- This is a digital purchase no physical item will be shipped

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I send my pictures?
Please send a series of emails with your high-resolution photographs to pictures [!at] collagaroo.com with your order number (this can be found on your Etsy receipt). For large photos or to send at once please use the free transfer website - www.wetransfer.com

2. How many pictures must I send?
At the time that you placed your order, you would have either selected 20, 40 or 60 images. Send the number of images that you have selected. Please do not crop images.

3. How long does it take to receive a proof?
Please allow 4 working days for your proof, from the time that you send through your images.

4. How do you send me the final artwork?
Your final high resolution JPEG & PDF will be emailed to you. For JPEG's over 10 mb we will send them over www.wetransfer.com . Once you have received the high resolution file you can take it to your local print shop to print. We recommend printing on a high quality 350gsm Card, Matt Photo Paper, Canvas, Wood, or Foam Board.

5. Can the text be customised?
Yes we can customise the collage in anyway. We want you to make the collage your own! Tell us what you need and we will make it happen.

6. Can I make changes?
You can make up to 5 changes on your proof before the artwork is finalised.
