Lost or Damaged Items During the Shipment

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of the items during shipping so sorrily. But we will do our best for solving such kinds of issues if you will face them. We are so careful about the packaging. We use bubble wrap and we wrap every piece carefully. Also, send extra pieces.

Flower and Ribbon Colors

The flower color may be lighter or darker because we are using real and dried flowers. So, there might be difference season by season. Also, the ribbon colors may lighter or darker.

If you want to see the preview, we will share the preview with you before printing. Otherwise, we are not sharing the preview.

In some EU countries and Canada, customers can face tax during delivery if they did not pay during their order. We could not do anything about taxation and customs, these are all about the governmental policies of the countries mostly in European countries and Canada. As you can see in our shop, we are not responsible for the taxes and customs as a shop policy. In the US everything is fine no extra customs or taxes.

You will receive two packages from our firm: one USPS Thank You Letter and one FedEx Package. This does not apply to all items, as some are also shipped from our warehouse. Additionally, we have begun shipping some of our items from our US warehouse.

Quality of work very bad, work of ribbon was not clean, glue everywhere and candy jar didn’t fit box. Received items all tilted in box they don’t sit flat.

all ribbon cuts are handmade and glue is used to keep the lids closed. we also use glue to keep jars flat on the box.

I the description is candy so I was expect them to be delivered with candy in but they didn't, also the lids are glued on so when you remove them to put sweets in they don't stay on. overall I was not happy with this item and how much I paid for them.
