Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Refunds or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with the item you receive or are unsatisfied, please message me as soon as possible and I will try to resolve the issue quickly and as best as I can. I want you to be happy and love my work as much as I do, so if for any reason you don't, I want to fix that. However, if you simply change your mind and no longer want something you have ordered, I am unable to accept returns in this instance. Thanks so much for understanding! If you are an EU based customer and are looking for a return, please send me a message, as the EU laws that apply are different than those for other countries.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to my current schedule, I'm only able to take on a select number of custom orders each month. If there is something you are interested in, please send me a message and I'm happy to chat with you to see if we can make it happen!

Where do you ship to?

Everywhere! I have opened shipping to anywhere worldwide! Please note that shipping times and cost do vary greatly depending on where you live, and additional charges may apply (such as VAT) If there are any shipping overages, I will always refund the overage amount.

Everything I sell, whether a print or original painting, is created with high quality materials and should be handled with care. I highly recommend framing any prints you order to protect them from damage.

Help! My item was damaged in shipping.

First, I'm so sorry that happened. Unfortunately, sometimes the delivery service just makes a mistake and an item gets damaged. If this happens to you, please photograph the damage both on the outside of the package and the item itself, and send the photos to me in a message. We can discuss next steps from there.

How long does it take for an item to ship?

If it is a premade item such as a print or original painting, I try to get them out as soon as possible. I've listed 3-5 days in my shipping policy just in case I run into any issues getting to the post office, however I strive to ship orders out as soon as possible. If you are under a time crunch and need to receive an order by a certain date, please message me prior to ordering and we can work to see that you receive it in time.

Where is my package/Why hasn't the tracking updated?

Due to the ongoing delays with the USPS related to the Covid-19 pandemic, many packages are taking slower than average to arrive at their destinations. If your package is shipping to any location outside of the US, please note that packages may take two months or more to arrive due to the pandemic-related delays. I unfortunately do not have any additional information beyond what the tracking shows. It is my hope that all packages will eventually make it to their intended recipients, but if you are concerned, please send me a message. Thanks!
