Handmade Art Felted hat with an extra wide brim highly embellished with gorgeous sari ribbons and more, very boho/ steampunk inspired yet sophisticated and classy.

💞This listing is for a made to order felted wool hat listing. Will take up to 3 weeks to make.

This felted winter hat is colorful and fun in a flattop style with an extra wide 4.5” brim.

Top crown is all black and the brim is in a multicolor mix.

The embellishments are beautiful sari ribbons, jacquard ribbons, and other select cool bohemian embellishments as pictured.

Last 2 pics are the sari ribbons I presently have on hand. Choose your preferred ribbon from pics 9 and 10 (number 1 the top, to 6 at the bottom). I always enjoy giving personal attention to your details.

Felted thin hat band is made in colors that will stand out on the hat.

This hat collection truly has the coolest bohemian embellishments ..... guaranteed to not only turn heads, but you will be asked "where'd you get your hat??" (And please do tell them where they can find me!)

The crown sides: 4 1/2” high,

4.5” brim. This can be made with less brim length if desired, please contact me.

Sizes are available in the pull down. If you're in between sizes, please size up for a comfortable fit.

✨✨To measure your head for a proper fit take a soft measuring tape, starting from above your eyebrows going around to the widest part of the back of your head and back to the front again. Place one finger under the tape measure for a comfortable fit and that is your head size. ✨✨

These are all one of a kind hats so if you like what you see and want one, please know it will be unique to itself. So it will vary a bit, however I am an artist and I promise I will create your own hat that will capture your own uniqueness!

This style is made to keep it's shape, yet can be worn in many ways. And will last for many many years.

All my hats are personally handmade, crocheted double skein using the finest merino wool yarns, then felted to size. Placed on a shaper to dry and pressed, then sprayed with a stiffening agent and steamed ironed to help hold their shape beautifully for years to come. It's really quite a process and worth their work for they will keep you warm and fashion pretty!

Wool's natural fibers are naturally antibacterial and self-cleaning, and have breathing properties that help regulate our body temperature, whether we’re feeling hot or cold. Wool has a tremendous capacity to absorb vapor – up to 30% of its own weight before it feels damp or wet. In other words, wool also keeps you warm even when wet!
