2. If you have purchased a set of prints, a PDF document will be available for download in "Purchases" once payment is processed.

The PDF contains link/s to a file sharing service where your purchased artwork will be shared with you. To access the artwork: 1. click on the link/s contained in the PDF. This will take you to the file sharing site. 2. Once at the file sharing site, click on 'Download' to save the artwork to your device.

In the unlikely event that you experience any difficulty, please contact me and I will ensure you receive your art.

When purchasing with Guest Checkout, you should receive an emailing containing download information however, please contact me (after checking your junk folder) if you cannot locate the email and I will ensure you receive your files.

Your digital files will be permanently available for download in your Etsy account under purchases/reviews. They do not expire.

Good quality paper gives the best high-quality results. I would recommend printing on 200gsm or upwards. Card stock is also a great option. Depending on your preference, matt or gloss paper both print well.

In short, the Etsy app on your tablet, iPad or mobile does not support the downloading of digital files. If you purchased through the Etsy app on your mobile device, you will need to open your Etsy account in your internet browser and then navigate to Purchases where you will be able to download your files.

Files however can be printed at any online or in-store print service. All files are RGB 300dpi high-resolution which produce high-quality prints.


Please note: the quality of your prints depends on the quality of the printer you are printing on. The best option is to have your prints printed by an online service or your local print store as they have high-quality printers. However, you can print your prints on your home printer. Just bare in mind, better quality printers produce better quality prints.

The answer is yes!

All files are high-resolution, 300dpi, RGB colour for high-quality printing.

Your artwork can be printed on any surface/material of your choice as long as it is for personal use.

Surfaces/materials can include canvas, wood, metal, ceramic, fabric to name a few.

Digital files are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. They cannot be re-sold in printed or digital formats and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

However, you can print the digital files as many times as you like as long as they are printed for personal use.

Due to the digital nature of the product, I cannot offer refunds once the files have been delivered however, if you have any issues at all please contact me before writing a review as I will do everything in my power to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
